As três graças is a 200 × 200 cm oil painting by Brazilian artist Thales Pomb. Drawing from the classical theme of the Three Graces, the work reinterprets this motif through the reality of Brazilian women. Set against an earthy red background symbolising the labour environment, the composition features three women in white dresses, standing side by side in a gesture of strength and solidarity. Breaking away from Eurocentric ideals of beauty, the painting celebrates authenticity, everyday resistance, and the invisible contributions of women to the country’s social and cultural fabric.
